Where should I begin?

Use Start here to choose a concern or open the free orientation. You do not need to complete an assessment or survey before purchasing.

How do I return to a purchase?

Open My learning using the same ChatGPT account used at checkout. Purchases are verified with Square. If a recent purchase does not appear, use Refresh purchases or return to the checkout confirmation link. Do not pay again while verification is unavailable.

What is saved?

You may explicitly save a module stopping point to your account. This records the module, section, and time—not your written reflections. You can remove that record in My learning. Notes and survey answers remain in the current tab; download them before leaving or refreshing.

Do I have to finish in one sitting?

No. Follow the section links inside a module and choose a stopping point. Skipping an activity, slowing down, or stopping is always allowed. Save your workbook separately from your stopping point.

What does a module include?

Available modules contain a written lesson, a visual sequence with text, a worked example, exercises, a learning check, an outside-practice plan, and a downloadable workbook. Videos and audio are not included unless specifically listed. Choose an individual module for $19.99 USD or all five modules in one pathway for $79 USD. Both are one-time purchases with no subscription. Other pathways are separate.

Clinical reviewer codes

If Brian has given you a complimentary code, open Clinical reviewer access, sign in, and enter the code. All current modules are unlocked without payment. Return through My learning using the same account.

Access and refunds

The site is live, but the duration of online access and refund window have not yet been specified. Ask about these before purchasing. Read the current purchase terms. A purchase is not a therapy appointment.

What happens after Module 5?

Each pathway offers a final review or map flow. Review your current account alongside the notes available in these module tabs. Use the final module’s download to keep the review; Parts and Couples explain their separate map options. You may open a fresh free reflection and keep a separate report for comparison. Earlier answers and notes from other pages are not retrieved automatically, and a difference between reports does not prove improvement.

Report a technical problem

Use the customer support form for purchase, access, or technical questions. Include the page name, device/browser, approximate time, and a description of what happened. Do not include assessment answers, payment-card information, or private reflections.

If an activity is too much

Stop, orient to your surroundings, and choose appropriate support. There is no required emotional response. This site and its surveys are not monitored for urgent support.
