Optional account saving

Your encrypted learning journal

Your chosen writing is encrypted on your device before saving and unlocked on your device when you return. Account, pathway, module, time and size information remain visible to the service. A separate journal password and recovery key protect saved writing. See how saving, recovery and deletion work.

Account controls (locks journal)

Nothing is shared with a therapist or AI. Saving is explicit; there is no automatic transfer from another page. Recovery files unlock the existing online journal and do not restore deleted reflections. Your current saved copy remains until you replace or delete it. Provider backups and downloaded copies are separate. Encryption cannot protect an unlocked device or compromised application code.
